Formulating a New Vision

Feasibility studies on new sites provided Shiva Hotels with the decision-making basis to formulate a new strategic vision for their brand.

A spacial and offer analysis for the Marylebone and City sites facilitates the positioning of these new hotels within the brand portfolio to ensure the business can thrive.

Our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act. There is no other route to success.

What we will do as Part of a Feasibility Study

We will look at the target customer and put forward suggestions for adaptations necessary to attract these customers.

We will look at market competitors by category and highlight the best practice for each.

We will look at how the new site fits within the brand portfolio.

We will evaluate the site’s location, access and internal spacial program.

We will play through stacking models to help evaluate which offer and space program has the most feasibility to suite the customers, the brand and the site.
